Through our occupational health and safety policy, our aim is to eliminate hazards that may affect our employees, third parties, our assets and the environment that may be impacted by our operations, and thus, in order to minimize potential risks, to act in accordance with the following principles and to ensure their uncompromising implementation;
- To prevent all kinds of injuries and health problems and to provide safe and healthy working conditions,
- To make systematic, continuous improvements by establishing an Occupational Health and Safety Management System in order to enhance our company's occupational health and safety performance,
- To follow the applicable relevant laws, regulations, standards and other requirements and to comply with them in their current form,
- To set Occupational Health and Safety objectives and to take the necessary actions to achieve these objectives,
- To ensure the participation of all employees in planned training programs in order to ensure the understanding of responsibility and awareness at every level regarding Occupational Health and Safety and the sharing of information,
- To ensure that all employees can easily access Occupational Health and Safety information by using meetings, announcements and all kinds of communication tools, and to obtain employees' opinions,
- To continuously analyze and improve Occupational Health and Safety performance,
- To carry out activities in such a way as to convey our senior executives' proactive approach to Occupational Health and Safety to our employees at all levels,
- To encourage all our employees to stop work when Occupational Health and Safety hazards are present until the necessary corrections are made,
