Among the foremost factors that constitute a very significant part of our success are our well-managed organizational structure and the experienced and talented personnel who complement it.
At our head office, senior executives and our department managers oversee all of our current projects, our potential future works and the management of our organization.
Senior executives are responsible for directly supervising and controlling the operations in our projects. The direct contribution of top management to production is among the most important factors in success and performance improvement.
Department managers, supported by senior executives, participate in the relevant sections of the projects to check that the work is carried out properly and to transfer experience to the project managers. They are in constant contact with other department managers to ensure the success of the project teams and the work as a whole.
All projects are managed by experienced staff who are supported, guided and supervised by the head office. We attach great importance to our personnel being highly experienced not only in technical matters but also in the cultural and environmental conditions of the region in which they work. Project managers and their assistants are selected from individuals with the experience to best coordinate communication with the employer, the project personnel and the head office.
